Here’s what some of my clients say:

M (59 years):

After enjoying Georgios’ YouTube videos, I consulted him to better prepare and equip myself for my upcoming hormone therapy and radiation treatment. I immediately found Georgios to be a warm, and caring doctor who takes a genuine interest in customizing a multifaceted and proactive approach for his patients.

After reviewing my profile, he devised a detailed daily regimen for me consisting of specific exercises, and recommendations on diet, vitamins and supplements, among other things. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the above and thoroughly explained the benefits of each to me in a clear and easy to understand manner. I was super impressed with the entire process from soup to nuts.

Quite honestly, between reviewing my profile, putting together a comprehensive and customized blueprint for me, and patiently addressing my follow up questions, Georgios probably devoted more time on my case than all my other doctors have combined!

Thanks to Georgios, I feel markedly more confident and empowered in my ability not just to tolerate my upcoming treatments but actually to thrive. I definitely plan to maintain an ongoing dialogue going forward, and feel very fortunate to have him in my corner.

H (67 years):

Georgios listened carefully to better understand my health and health care concerns .His recommendations were very comprehensive and on target. He certainly collaborated with me which I appreciated as a physician . He also gave options and emphasized the basics . A lot of information one would not get from an Oncologist , which would be complementary to my Oncologists planned treatment regimen . Especially helpful to mitigate the side effects of ADT and Radiation

P (80 years):

– PSA down to 2.8 from around 76
– Testosterone 0.5 from normal!
– Oncologist says it’s textbook
– No discernible symptoms of menopause

Your videos and advice are what, in my opinion, have kept me from the fatigue and other such symptoms. As it is I am full of energy much to my family’s amazement.

F (60 years):

I am deeply thankful to Dr. Georgias Mavropalias for his outstanding support during my recent prostate cancer recurrence. From the outset, he thoroughly explained my condition and treatment options, making sure I understood every step. His guidance extended beyond medical treatment; he provided invaluable advice on exercise routines tailored to my capabilities, which will greatly improve my strength and well-being. Additionally, his nutritional recommendations will help me maintain a balanced diet, boosting my overall health. Dr. Georgios holistic approach and compassionate support will be instrumental in my recovery, and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication and expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone facing similar health challenges.

C (38 years):

Georgios instantly was warm, kind and I could feel how genuine he was with our connection and wanting to help.

Georgios not only presented me with a comprehensive plan for my diet, exercise and supplementation program but he also checked in and offered support with follow ups and checking in.

Thank you Georgios – the meals I’m eating are delicious and as you say – our meals time are special and should be enjoyed as is our exercise time and that I certainly agree with and feel

P (81 years):

TLDR; Georgios is the real deal. He rescued me from the doomsayers and enabled me to have a full active life with very minimal menopausal symptoms.

I’m now 81 and live in the UK. I was diagnosed with PCa in 2017; refused treatment as I hate prescription medications. I was told I would die soon.

May 2023 the cancer had metastasised into the pelvic bones and spine. Although my wife is 7 years younger than I am, she is frail and I knew she could not look after me if I became immobile. I had to do something.

I contacted Georgios on the other side of the world based on his non-nonsense and very encouraging YouTube videos. My outlook changed immediately and this prepared me for appointment with Urology.

Whether I accepted ADT (chemical castration) or surgery (physical castration) the results would be roughly the same = menopause. No thank you! Everyone was warning me how bad it would be especially the fatigue.

I chose the surgical route (yes, I know, ouch!) because I didn’t want the medication effects on top of the menopause. Urology was happy; the Oncologist wasn’t but Georgios and I had prepared for this and they backed off.

Georgios doesn’t bully you into “his” version of what you should do. That’s what I really like about him. He stands his ground and encourages you to do more/better and I could and did.

I used to go to the gym 3/week. From before my op I started 4 days/week resistance to failure and 2 days/week some specific cardio all on Georgios’ recommendations. He took into account my bone “weaknesses” brilliantly. Incidentally, I had a cardiology review recently and they received a shock when they saw my heart-rate graphs of my cardio exercise.

Finally, in my opinion, you couldn’t find a more knowledgable, dedicated, kinder, more generous mentor to help you through what is, let’s face it, a difficult time. I am continuing to enjoy a very full life physically, mentally and socially.

No words, absolutely none, can express the gratitude I feel for the help I have received from Georgios.
